Creating 1.6 team aiming to go IM this winter CAL? (reform/experience!)

I'm not going to beat around the bush. I want straight out experienced players who've played league matches or scrims before. I've been too loose picking teammates in previous seasons which always lead to dead ends. And btw, experience doesn't mean you played one failed season of Cal-O. Around 3 years+ experience seems appropriate. I've been playing 1.6 for around 5 years.

One of my previous teams went Main in source. Unfortunately, I was cut beforehand since I couldn't make practice. I'm seriously aiming on reaching IM WEST WINTER CAL 08. I know it's not hard-- I just need a team that has the same degree of mentality.
