What is the best server.cfg

Ok i got a tickrate 100 server on the counter-strike.com
Slots 24

But i see the most people only play 10-25 minutes on the server and then leave...

i think its because the server.cfg

So i need your help

What are the best settings for the server cfg.

I got this settings now

sv_maxrate 25000
sv_minrate 5000
sv_maxupdaterate 101
sv_minupdaterate 20
fps_max 600
decalfrequency 10
sv_mincmdrate 20
sv_maxcmdrate 101

I want all people to join my server and have fun!

I just used what the server came with, seems to work well for us.

I'm in the U.S. so you must not be. I am 1000 miles from my server and I ping 10-15 with 300+ FPS so I am happy!!

Indeed. Wait, I played old school Counter-Strike, pre 1.5, just fine on AOL dial-up, well with 150+ ping, but it wasn't all that laggy.
