Help with zombie mod

You will need a Metamod and if you want an Admin tool of some sort.

But when I install things to my cstrike folder it never works and i don't know why iv tried execing it and everything but it doesnt change my game
when i type meta list in my console it just says unknown command when i type rcon zombies as it says in installing it says unable to connect to remote server why?

Ok so you installed stuff into the cstrike folder, but did you put those files in to the sub folders. Ie. cstrike/addons or cstrike/cfg... if you have a mod like Meta Mod it requires this directory... cstrike/addons/metamod ... inside that should be cstrike/addons/metamod/bin (Folder) and cstrike/addons/metamod/metaplugins.ini (File).

oh ye there in addons and cfg where they need to be they just dont work

Did you edit the cstrike/addons/metamod/metaplugins.ini file correctly? Should have addons/zombiemod/bin/zombie_mm in it.

If you have Mani-admin then you will also have addons\mani_admin_plugin\bin\mani_admin_plugin_mm in that file.

yes iv put that line in meta plugins and it still doesnt work but in my console it execs config and valve.rc when i start the game but it says server needs sv_cheats 1 so i put that on and exec config again and nothing happens

i think that metamod doesnt work either on my server because the commands for all mods are unknown and dont work
