Dedi. Box @ home?
Right now at home I have Time Warner (Roadrunner) and I am wondering if I can run a server at home hosting several games, Or would the bandwith usage be too great? I want to have an actual server (like a rackmount one, not one of those home computers) so I can host several different games. Would Time Warner get pissed at me for using the bandwith?

You would have to contact them or look at their web site for terms and conditions. As far as I know most providers will not allow you to host any type of server without first contacting them and ordering higher bandwidths.
