How to add god voices in cs 1.6?

I want to add voices in my cs game. The kind of voices like 'Terrorists win' and 'Counter-Terrorists win' at the end of a round and 'GO GO GO' at the commencement of a round.
And other voices like 'Headshot' etc. They have such mods at a game cyber that i visit.
So i was wondering if there is a plugin/mod file involved which i need to install to make this work?

Hey ppl. Sorry for double posting but is my question so difficult to answer to??
I have tried amx mod and amx modX but they dont seem to work at all. Amx ModX works but it disables zBots ie. I cannot enable amx modx and zbots simultaneously. I see terms like 'Steam' and 'dedicated server' everywhere.
I wanted to add that I don't really need a server (dedicated or listen) or LAN. I just want to play single player at home with bots and I thought such quake sounds would be awesome to add to the game to make it more interesting.
please help me

To load the sounds just read the read me or installation file that comes with the sounds. If you can't get AMX to load right try Admin-mod.
