How do you make skins download only for admins and where did you get them? So that people can see the word ADMIN on the back of the people who are admins?

C-S.com has an installer under "Game Mods" that will install admin skins. You will also have to set the tags for admins to use the admin skins in the Clients.txt file in the /cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin.

If you do not have a server here then Google "Admin skins" and download the one you want. There will be a read me file with it on how to install them.
