Problem In Game "Server time out"

Okay, I've been playing CS and CS Source for a long time and back in the days, I didn't have the problems. So I decided to reinstall my CS Source and 20-30 minutes into the game (while inside a server) the game stops with the gun still moving back and forth as if I am running, I can hear my weapon change when I change it, I don't hear any more shooting and I can still hear people talk. About 2 minutes after that, I get a message saying, "Server Timed Out". When I try to log back into the server, only 3 bars pop up (Logging in server screen) When I click server info, my name is still in the list. And I have to wait it out. And the whole cycle repeats. I play on a 100 Tick Zombie server with 1000 FPS but I set all the settings to match. How do I fix my Server time out Issue?
