Some ****ie server quetsions, please help :)

1. I installed the Quake sound pack. It says type "quake" in the console to activate it - how can I make it so I don't have to activate it every time? If I add the word "quake" to the first line of my currently blank autoexec.cfg file, will that do the trick?

2. What happened to maps like Oilrig, etc? I stopped playing CS about 6 years ago and I don't see those maps available.

3. How do I disable weapons like the AWP?

4. How do I disable bots? Right now my bot config file says:
//Set to min # of bots allowed on server
bot_quota 0

5. What tips do you have to start getting activity up on my server? I don't want to pay for a server that is always empty.

6. What are some other suggestions for mods that I should install besides ManiMod (for stat purposes)?

Also, will the ManiMod be enough for stats or should I install the "StatsMe" mod as well?
