Advanced HLDS problem, need some advices

hi

i`ve got error on my hlds (debian)
from time to time file consistency of black_smoke3.spr and black_smoke4.spr is changing without any reason, so nobody is abble to get on my server.

player console info: Server is enforcing file consistency for sprites/black_smoke4.spr Bad file Server is enforcing file consistency for sprites/black_smoke4.spr

files on my serwer has write protection by root but it is still happening.

so if anybody knows why this two files are changing their consistency and what is a reason, please reply
