Hey im new, and when i play cs it crashes right when i get on a server. No my computer is not messed up because i just reformated. Any suggestions?

Could you be specific a little bit?

Does it crash when you launch ? When you get in a server?
Can you play a few seconds?

Have you tried different servers or different maps?

Before you formated were you able to play ?

Since you formated you PC, were you able to play CS at all? even for a little white?

Since you formated did you install ALL the latest drivers ? (esp. Video card?)

Would you provide us with your PC specs? so we have an idea what you're using. (also if you have win XP or Vista)
