Putting new maps on my server

Hello

I have a question about what maplists i have to change, when i put new maps on my server. Right now i'm not sure so i change 4 .txt files. The following:

- mapcycle.txt
- maplist.txt
- votemaplist.txt
- ggmaplist.txt

In my gungame file, i've set it so that it chooses what maps it will play from the votemaplist.txt (The Mani Mod file).

Untill now, when i upload new maps to my server, i've put the mapnames in all 4 lists. But do i have to do that? Can't i just put the names in the votemaplist.txt file?

It depends on how you're changing the maps.. the mapcycle.txt file is what the game engine uses when the time limit of the map expires (naturally goes to the next map).

The maplist.txt is just a list of maps - not needed to add unless one of your mods utilizes it.

votemaplist.txt - I'd add it to there so your players can see all the maps you offer.

ggmaplist.txt - Add it to that as well .
