Bomb detonation and planter - scoring

I have a question.On my server, if the terrorists win by successfully ensuring the detonation of the bomb (not by eliminating the CTs), the guy who planted it scores 3 points (personal score, the team still scores 1).Is this default in CS? If not, why does it count as 3 frags and what command/plugin can I use to reset the scoring to default?
P.S. I'm using CS 1.6 with AMX Mod X and StatsMe.I've disabled both plugins and it still happens.

i dont think there is a way to disable it, it is apart of the game, mods cant override it. if u want it removed, send a support ticket to Steam and tell them to remove it in their next update
