Map Wont Load

There are a bunch of maps that i can't load and i can't seem to find the problem. It always says missing map (map); dissconnectng. Anyone know why?

If you have a server and it's a server related problem:

If the custom map that you added is over 16 megs you may be having this problem. Steam doesn't allow you to download maps over 16 megs in size unless the map was designed specifically for this. To correct the maps flaw, you'll need to add the following variable into your server.cfg file.

net_maxfilesize 20
(The integer "20" needs to be larger than the size of the map.

Put the folloring in the servers server.cfg:
sv_allowupload 1
sv_allowdownload 1
cl_allowdownload 1

can someone help me load maps onto my dedicated server i dont have a clue how to do it.... pls help

If you have a server with counter-strike.com
heres how you do it.

1. open your cp
2.Go to Game Servers.
3. Cstrike>Maps
4.Now you will see all of your maps that you currently have on your dedicated server.
5. Theres a few ways you can do this. Counter-strike.com has ALOT of maps you can install just by creating a new support ticket and asking them to install all the maps
or you can go to game servers>map packs> then choose which maps to install
ONLY INSTALL 1 AT A TIME. Then when you receive the email that it was succesfully installed
continue to the next. Or install just one map pack its completely up to your discretion.
6.now back to installing the maps. If you have a certain map you would like to install then upload that map. heres how:
once you dl the map save it to your desktop ( that way its the easiest to find unless your computer savvy and it doesnt take you 10 min to find a file ) Then read number 3 again ^^. When you get to your map directory you will see a few differant options up top. Click Upload. Hit browse when it pops up find the map and click upload.
If the map has a .nav file from wherever you downloaded it from make sure you download it ( if you have bots on your server ) otherwise you screw urself esp if you dont have admin because the bots just get lost and have no clue what to do without the nav file. most of the time they wont even move.
Now if you want that map you uploaded to be in your Mapcycle ( without anyone in there ) you have to add the name to your mapcycle.txt
Game Servers > Counter-Strike.com Source 16 Slots > Config Files

If you want it to be voteable its the exact same directory except its called

maplist.txt
