make sure you delete all the files to installed. Check out their website for complete uninstalling instructions to remove all the files

You don't necessarily need to remove Mani during matches. I believe CAL and TWL lets you have Mani only it needs to be in War Mode during match time. But if you want to remove Mani, you need to remove:

/addons/ the .dll, .vdf, and/or .so
/addons/mani_admin_plugin
/cfg/mani_admin_plugin
/cfg/mani_server.cfg

Thats it.

You should uninstall all the things and be assure that every single file will be removed that you installed at that time and then it will work for you.

A number of users have pointed out that the CreateVDF.exe file does not include the latest TeamFortress game type. I have uploaded a new version of the CreateVDF utility that includes the game type 'tf' which can be downloaded in the links at the top right of this web page. You may also notice that the executable size is now only 19KB which is because the old version was a Debug build that adds substantially more information into the executable. Once the next version of the plugin is released I will package it with the new version.

If you are still running V1.0 of CreateVDF.exe you can still use it for creating a Team Fortess VDF file by simply typing in tf in the drop down box instead of selecting a game type.
