creating a permanent message that alternates on the game server?!?!

i would just like to know
how to make a message that will go through the server every 5 mins and have diff messages going round
for example the Teamspeak ip and where to go to sign up etc

hoep someone can tell me the answer
as i am dying to know

Install main admin 1.2 then after setting it up go into /cstrike/cfg/mani_admin/
Find Adverts.txt in there you can set up messages that will be displayed every 30 seconds (or what ever you set it to in the mani_server.cfg Also after you put you adverts in there you needs to turn on adverts and configure there speed in the mani_server,cfg located in /cstrike/cfg
