Ok well i saw that in steam you can download sOURCE DeTICATED SERVER and i downloaded mani and verything. But the problem is i cant get other people to join like my friends and stuf what do i doo?

Did you install it on your home computer or on a server?

I run a dedicated if thats what your talking about and you must remove your firewall, for instance i use zone alarm(firewall) and it keeps people from connecting to your masters so remove it and they will be able to connect also set sv_lan 0 in server consle. If this fails then you might want to google your router if your running one and google this maybe (running cs 1.6 server on **** router)
