New dedicated server

Hi,

Ok let me set the scene.

i have a server at work which some of us guys are able to use for what ever purpose we need really and we would like to setup a css server to while away the lonely hours on the night shift and perhaps a bit of lunch time fun.

I have setup a server basic install on the linux server and have added the mani admin mod and all works fine.

what i need for you guys is some pointers with the following points:

1. how the hell do i start the server correctly? by this i mean i can ssh to the server from my desktop or connect directly to it but when ever i close the ssh window the cs server stops (same while being directly connected)
this is the command i use to start the server
./srcds_run -game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 10 +map cs_office

2. is there some sort of plugin that i can start/reboot and maybe even monitor the server from a web interface or something?

3. If i wanted to run 2 css servers at the same time how would i go about setting this up?

any help on these questions would be great!

ps. yes it is a dedicated server and i have full (root) privileges and it is ruuning centos distro of linux.
