is there any way that i can more fps without a video card??

You can make adjustemenst in your settings through the conmsole. Open the console by ESC thenShift+~

I haven't found any info her efor tehse settinsg but you can try googling fishtank clan They have a really great guide on these settings. This may work if you cannot afford a new video card.

You best bet is save up and get a new card though.
