i cant do it. i've done everything the thing says to do, but its not working on my server

What does the console say when you join the server?

actually, im trying to install deathmatch, but i have the cssdm folder in the addons,a nd the map files in the map file and i added the line "addons/bin/..." to metaplugins.ini but when i got into my server, i die, and ddont respawn.
