I've logged into my teamspeak server adminisration but I don't know how to go into my teamspeak server and start playing can someone help me? Sorry about long question.

You can't "play" teamspeak, it is voice communication software. It is use with game to allow you to talk to other people with a microphone.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A MICROPHONE TO MAKE IT WORK!

You only need a microphone if you want to be able to talk back to other people. If you don't have a microphone you can just listen to what others say.
