my fps 20 ı have geforce 8400gs 512mb but fps 20 30 40 help me pls

Try yhis

fps_max 101
use opengl
lower resolution if possible
disable vertical-sync

and use correct rates:
Counter-Strike 1.6 Journal: PROs rates / commands
