My cs server is a 500fps 20 slot for the last 2 weeks its been spiking very badly I cant do a support ticket cus the link is not re-directing me to it in the userhome after i login this is really starting to make me mad support PLEASE GET BACK TO ME username is sandman66

Who did you rent the server from?

I bought it from counter-strike.com

Did you check your email for log in info to gain access to your server thru our user control panel (UCP)?

If not you can use the contact link at the top right to ask for it to be resent. Make sure you check your junk mail folder for the info.

We can not do some support over the forums to keep the server and the accounts secure.

Once logged in please put in a support ticket to ask that your server be optimized and checked to make sure it runs at the fps you bought, The admin will be more than happy to make sure your server is working 100%.

i had a similar problem some time ago but suddenly it worked fine - dont know why, hmm
