Can any one tell me how to set up a cs non-steam server. i have tried many times following this (specified as the reason of editing and in my siggy, cuz i can't post links yet) tutorial, though i have never really succeeded. Help please!

links work without the http:// and the www.

That tutorial's for the OLD version of counter stirke, AKA the disk version..

Ive used this previousely but you have to have a really nice internet connection Intro to HLDS this is also a great site Source Dedicated Server (srcds)
