Easy to install stats tracker?

Is there a decent stats tracker out there that you don't need to use MySQL or Perl or PHP or anything to install? I'm just looking for a decent stats tracker, doesn't need to link to a website and posts stats there, just something users can type stuff like "rank" or whatever and they can see it, doesn't need to have compatibility with a website so they can go to a site and see their stats as well. Anyone know anything like that? Anything that you can just install into cstrike folder or some similar method? I know this isn't really about HLStatsX, but I couldn't think of where else to put this post. Any help would be appreciated!

P.S. I would like it for CSS.

Mani mod has built in stats that doesn't need a web interface

That's true, but I was wondering if there is anything else, or is Mani Mod the one that most people use when they don't have HLStatsX or PsychoStats?

Mani is the only other one that I know of. There might be a small stats addon, but theres no others that I know of offhand.

There are several Stats programs, most are web based so you have to have a web site as well as port access, so not a free site, but a paid one.

Psychostats, HLStats, Mani-Admin, Sourcemod, and I bet Mattiemod has one.
