Easy to install stats tracker?

Deffinetley get mattie eventscripts, but it is just a portal for other plugins, I took a look and this one looks pretty good to me

Hlstatx would work for ya all you have to do is put the link in your motdtxt page and players can type motd and click the link to see there ranks and can also type rank in game and also has where the shots hit head shots body shots and arms and legs dont need a web site for it.

are you joking? Please only reply if you are only going to help them. hlstatsx requires a mysql database set up correctly, which means you must have shell access to it. Once you do you must enable logging and 20 other things for it to work correctly. So please, stay off if you are just someone who plays on the server. Where do you think that link comes from?

Yes, Psychostats, HLStats, and Sourcemod all require a web host database to give you anything stats wise. Sourcemod is also an admin mod, like Mani, but is more detailed, and has a web based ban system that makes moderating multiple servers easy as cake!

With these programs you HAVE to buy a site. 99.9% of free hosts will NOT open the ports needed to have them access the server for logs. With some paid host they will require you to buy the IP your domain is on. This is all for security reasons. My site is set up like this and costs about $225 for two years, 2 domains, and the dedicated ip. CS.com, this site, also allows for stats with their paid sites and will even set it for you if you get the stats with the server and site. CS.com is probably your best bet if you do not know how to run a site as well has has shorter terms. Once you buy a site you own it for at least a year. CS.com has it set for monthly, 3 months, 6 months, and yearly.

Mani and Mattie's do NOT require any type of web hosting. Mattie has a Mani like admin program that comes in the base download of the Mattie system, as well as the stats, it just needs to be configured and activated like and mod with in Mattie.

No.1 i do have a website and before i linked the statx to it i was able to click on the link in my motd page and it took me right to the statx page wicth is on counter-strike.com so it did work with out a site because i rent my servers from counter-strike.com .

No.2 i do have it on my site rskgaming but at frist i did just like i told him.

But i quess if he has his own server and dose not rent form counter-strike.com and get his statx from them then it would not work sorry was just trying to help.

1: Yes, that's because it's based off the CS>com site and that's how you are linked to a site.

2: IDK if you can just purchase just the stats from CS.com for a home or other company hosted server. You CAN buy a site from CS.com and the stats and set it up yourself, or you can buy all three and have them set it up, server, stats, and a site.
