Hi pplz. Plain and simple I need a lot of help setting up HLSTATSX. I have a local server running fine, but when I try to setup HLSTATSX - following the instructions on the site to the T -> I copied and pasted the commands and all to ensure they were put in correct <- and I still couldn't get it working. If someone is willing to provide some assistance, I will post pictures of every step of the installation process and all successes and errors. If you're willing as well, I'd allow a "remote assistance" connection to the machine in question for you to do all the setup and commands yourself. The intention is to create an image of that partition after all is successful to ensure that I don't need to go over it again. Any links you have would be helpful, or tips or such. What would be even more beautiful is if someone had a LINUX distro with a setup CD/ISO that has HLSTATSX already setup and configured, and the only thing you'd need to do is put in the paths to CS: Source. Just a thought still. That would be nice.

All attempts were done on the Windows platform, and two attempts done in Linux. The bottom line is that at the end of the whole process, I get stuck at the point where I should connect to HLSTATSX and change password and setup options and such. Each time I get to that point I get some error in my browser and it can't connect to the site. Any help plz? Thanx in advance.

if you go to the hlstatsx website theres a better walk through in their forums than what they have on their website.

just a hint.

if you follow the tut to a T you should be able to get it installed if not then maybe its your hosting that is messing you up

Thanx for the reply. According to the sitemap there's no forum, or no forum anymore. Please post a link if you can. And I'm not running it on any hosted machine, I'm trying to run it on a local PC that is right beside me. The drive crashed recently, so I'll reinstall and try again.

the only thing i hate about this walk through is that i think they left somethings out when they wrote it thats why i like the tut in their forums
