HLStatsX Premium

Hi everyone,

Having a problem with my HLStatsX. I only have the stats through counter-strike.com and run the server myself. I would log this problem through the ticketing system, but I can't seem to find the raise ticket button on my HLStats control panel.

Information is as follows. I have setup my server as directed by the confirmation e-mail, i.e. entered my servers ip's and ports, RCON password and entered the appropriate lines in my autoexec.cfg. I have checked my router ports are open correctly, which they are, and even went as far as setting my server as a DMZ. But the problem remains.

The problem is that HLstats very rarely picks up any player stats and when it does it seems to pick up very little, for example HLstats is displaying that I've had only 18 players in total on my server, whereas mani-stats are showing closer to 2000 players?? Also it never says I have any players on my server for example I currently have 13 people playing and its showing "no players" in HLstats? And it never shows and daily awards.

Any help would be appreciated, as I’m a little lost here.

I've got many problems with hklstats premium and the problems are:

1) on this forum no help
2) by hlstatsx forum no help because you are not a direct customers....

did you resolve trouble? how?

Hello mate,

If you log in to your billing support you can log a call with Counter-strike.com, but I did this and got little help to be honest, hence why I am no longer a customer, but it's worth a try.
