prob with hlstatsx

so for almost a year now i've been using hlstatsx just fine without a problem until recently. I noticed it wasn't running so i went into my admin panel and found that it was giving me an output of "Currently no running!"

I hit restart and I get this:

now, after that I hit update and again it reads "Currently no running" but i check the web interface and i see it does track for that split second when it starts up as it will pick up maybe 7 or 8 of the players in the server. anyways, I do have the stats hosted here with you guys and I've tried emailing your support a couple times but never have received a reply so I figured I'd post here and see if you could lend a hand.

well they seem to finally be working now. I went to bed, woke up and it was tracking right. they only problem is now, every single player who plays and gets tracked by hlstatsx on our server has an extra name under their aliases and the extra name always has a last used on in december of 2008. I reset the stats on Feb 1 2009. Also the victims tracking seems to be off as well. anyone have any ideas?
