I'm planning to buy a business laptop and I'm confused when I have to choose the processor, should I choose AMD turion64 or intel core solo, the intel processor cost me $10 more expensive.

The AMD is going to be a better choice compared to a core solo. Although the GHz will make a difference, as well as if it has hyperthreading.
But as of now, i doubt you will have too many programs that will run in 64 bit, if any. So you aren't really going to get any major different in power between the two unless you are going to run a program that runs in 64 bit. Also AMD's run alot cooler then intels do |
