Hey Guys. I Recently Got A Vostro 200 With A GeForce 8600 vid. card but I Still Lag in All The Games I Have. I Run CCleaner + RegCleaner But Still Lag Spikes. How Do I Fix It?

i have a 2gb bought it for $800
