What would you say are some great headphones for playing PC Games and listining to music. and also what is the best Sound card out right now?

i suggest any pair of behind the head earphones...preferably with a microphone built in
i use a Logitech pair and they are great cuz i can listen to music while voice chatting and voice gaming..

idk what the best sound card out there is, but i remember seeing one that had its own sound processing unit [SPU?], and i could have sworn it was insanely expensive, then again it outputs up to full surround sound at insane quality...
