Thanks everyone for your help. I'll look up the eGeforce 9600 SC Edition card as well as some ATIs. Now I just wish I had the motivation to uninstall the driver & card from current computer & install the new one I buy....lol.

I guess if I played Counter-Strike myself, I might be more motivated.

Seems like the only eGeforce 9600 card I can find to purchase is the GT. What is the difference between the GT and SC models?

Here. Enter SLI, chip sets, and north & south bridge into different searches and read up. Wiki is also a good place to look stuff up.

that's the main reason why the first time i tried to install a new video card, i ended up calling a technician. LOL. but that's ok. we learn.

Well, Try 2x9600 GT or 1 Of them is cheap and super!
Also 9800 GTX.
Don't purchase via nvidia.com, Go to shops.
