Default Gungame Changing map

Ok so i have it all set up like i want it, the only trouble is when the map is voted for, thats all fine untill someone wins, then it just stays there, how do i do it so it will change the map at the end of the game?

Regards
Adam

Here's some info Matti-Mods GG site page....

Mani's Admin Plugin (optional, only used for map voting)

Recommended Mani Settings:

Code:
// 0 = calculate once per map, 1 = calculate at end of each round (CSS Only)
mani_stats_mode 0

// This defines whether the tk freeze bomb option can be used or not
mani_tk_allow_freeze_bomb_option 0

// Allow voting 1 = on, 0 = off (this cvar controls ALL voting)
mani_voting 1

// 1 = enable cheat detection
// 0 = disable cheat detection
// This is recommended by Mani to be disabled, since Valve updated the VAC to catch these.
mani_protect_against_cheat_cvars 0

// 0 = No warmup time on map load
// Greater than 0 = number of seconds after map load until map restarts and
// play continues as normal.
mani_warmup_timer 0

----------------

Since I have never run GG in my servers I can't advise more than that. I will have to review the coding for it. Seems to me I would run voting through Mani-Admin not GG, but that's just looking at the GG coding for a second or two.

Do you make maps? Make sure you have Packrat and VTFedit.

Okay, so i have installed Mani, and yet it still doesn't work, when it comes up with the vote i now have no maps just a yes button, it then says that the next map is "unknown" and then will reload thesame map again.

There's a lot to set up. It's hard for a new sys admin at times. The vote you have set is just to ask if map "X" will be the next map, a simple yes and no vote. You'll have to set it up to ask a "Half-Life style" map vote, which asks which map will be next, x number of maps will be on the list. X being the variable, a number or name/title. This then will direct you to choose 3 options, maplist.txt, mapcycle.txt, and votemaplist.txt, you'll have to add in you maps manually. This may or may not work as I have not configured a GG server yet. Just what I think is your problem from your description.

Umm, well the simple way is to have someone else do it. If coding were simple we'd all be doing it and vido games would be hella cheap.
