gungame and DM not cooperating

ok i am using gg4, and i have installed cssdm to use with it, but for some reason we dont respawn....any ideas of wha ti may have done wrong, and.....

the gg_maplist in the gg folder will not show maps to pick from in the server...please help.

now i have edited my adverts and the ywrok ok, but i have to keep enabling it from the game....i edited the mani_server.cfg file to allow adverts to show all the time, but its not loading it....

lets see...whats else . . . how do i weaken the bots abilities its like playing against hackers in here lol

one more thing, can anyone tell me where or how i add a custom graphic to the beginning of the game when you join, you know before you hit enter then pick a side to play on? and what size is the graphic?

i also want to add music to the server during loading of the level.....how do i do that?
