The voice that greets you when you enter gun game servers

Where can I find that voice and get it to say what I want it to? I want it to say "Welcome to Organized Chaos Gun Game" but I cannot figure out where to do it. Can someone help me please?

1- Click on Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Sound Recorder.

2- Record a .wav file saying whatever you want.

Now, there are 2 ways to do what you want. The instructions on top of this line are for both ways.

Option #1:

1- Upload it to /cstrike/sound/admin_plugin/actions

2- Go to: /cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/actionsoundlist.txt and replace the "joinserver.mp3" next to: //"joinserver" with whatever the name of the file was that you uploaded. Make sure that you take out the // in front of //"joinserver".

3- Save and restart the server.

Pros: Faster streaming since it'll be on their computer, sound will never skip. Also, you don't need web hosting for this.
Cons: They will have to download the sound if it's a first time player.

Option #2:

*** Will only work if you have web hosting ***

1- Upload it to whatever hosting site you have. A good one is Web Hosting Services and Domain Name Registration : 1&1 Internet Inc. (not free).

2- Go to: /cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/actionsoundlist.txt and replace the "joinserver.mp3" next to: //"joinserver" with the link to the location where they can find the file. Make sure that you take out the // in front of //"joinserver".

3- Save and restart the server.

Pros: The server will not have to upload the song onto their computer.
Cons: It might skip sometimes (especially if the players are lagging when they go in) and you need web hosting.
