Looking For Staff Members For Upcoming Community

Hello.
Ill be starting a community soon with a great person, in Counter Strike 1.6.

Im looking for people who know how to work good with AMX/XX and server setups, mature persons, persons 17+. Must have a microphone, your own computer, and a legit un-vaced steam account with 1.6 on it.

Currently, my partner has around 40 servers, and right now we have one of the top servers in his company all for our personal use, which will be for CS only.
We will host *the best* server and maxed out quality that the server can do. We will upgrade after we setup the community to a 100MB connection and 8GB of ram. Right now were at 10MB connection and 4GB, 1TB space, unlimited bandwidth.

It will be a neat community, a good community, a fair community. We will most likely start out with 1 server, and move on to two.

Im a website designer/graphic, I will be setting up a full custom, coded website. I also happen to know some of the best coders and flash designers around, so dont expect shitty, we will have the best .

It will most likely be a 19 slot ( 18 slots will be shown to public though ), and 1 slot will be reserved for administrators slot. All staff will get Admin on the server. All staff are expected to follow rules and be fair! The servers will have fast download URLs, great mods, and a few amazing extras.
