So I have come to realize that I cannot join a lot of servers due the the missing map error. Now I have realized this is no server error, and I used to be able to download maps from every server without a problem. This is an individual error that I have, and I was wondering if someone that either knows a solution, or someone that has had the same problem and has a fix.

Those are all set to 1 in my config.

I couldn't remember if it was CL or SV, and I was in too much of a rush to look it up!!

Are you missing one map? Or is your map(s) different from the server's?
