That does work, however I (I know this is a different game now) also tried another game, Garry's Mod, and I get the same problem. This time the map is not on Google, so it is not a game problem. Is it possible that it is a Steam, or account problem?

Have you tried reinstalling?

I have tried reinstalling at least 3 times. Correct, I am unable to download the map while I am joining the server.
