ok... well just about 1 hour ago i was playing cs and then quit... i come back about 10 mins ago and try and start it.. it comes up with a pop up saying steam is alredy running

there is a screen shot showing that its not running in task mannager , the task bar and it will show the notice i got

did you shutdown ur comp and restart

no i dident try and shut it down... and i cant really.. im running a server for a different game 24/7 but my computer can handle it ive been doing it for around 4 months now

well.. i have stumbled across this problem again

its because steam is updateing

but yes i did restart my computer
i left it off and let it sit for a cppl mins and turned it back on
and it still dident work
