help... error message: "Internal Driver Error in IDirect3dDevice9 ::Present()"

hey dudes this is my first post and i think i have found the awnser to this message as i was getting it

my story i was playing it fine and then my mouse broke and had to restart and plug in a ps2

then when i tried to join a server i got this message

how to fix

in my case go to start run type in "dxdiag" click test direct3d and let the tests run.

if all is well with direct 3d 9 then when you join a server all should be ok
