CSSDM Troubleshoot

I've installed the mod correctly and its even running fine but.....

The cssdm_enabled command line, whenever used, gives a message
"Can't set cssdm_enabled in multiplayer"

Why is this so?

Let me make it clear that I'm running a Listen Server and playing with bots.
I'd first make sure that it works with LAN before switching to a Dedicated one.
So there's no uploading involved here....

Some mods will not work on a LS, might have to set it for a dedicated box first.
