Clan-making?!

yeah...i reallly need some help.. my friend and i have decided to make own clan..so i don't have any ideas how to get started. So you all can even someone tell me how can i get started to make a clan...and do it costs anythingg (i hope not)..and if it costs how can i join in other clan (and did it costs)?...I would be wery thankful to you all who will help me to get that clan-making started...

I was about to start making a clan myself and looking for help on organizing. I'm a web master and can do other things. I can get a site up by end of next week sometime if you're interested.

If your goin to create a clan you need 2 main things

1) A forum/website - this allows communication between your clan members over a forum and allows a place where other clan scan post to challenge you

2) Server - You will probly need a match server i would suggest a 11 man 100 tic server

Once you have set them up you just need to recruit and bam your clan is made after a little while you can start to improve your clan by getting Teamspeak, Public server or enter into a CSS Leauge
