Public server is a server that is open for everyone, like the servers ur playing on right now. The servers without passwords. (servers with password = private server)

man i cant believe some peps that jsut think they can make a clan from scratch and then not even no what vent/ts is! and even how much it costs!
perhaps join a running clan first before making your own - that way you can see how its done
