Public server is just like a server where anyone can play on, and a teamspeak server is a place where people can chat from their own homes using the teamspeak software.

Usually you have to have played in tornaments/leagues and won some, your clan has to be more than 3 months old and you have to have a stable website so you can place their banners on it.

Yes it does cost somthing to get started and to look decent , but then u can get sponsered

yeah Van1llna is right about that stuff. To set up a free forum i use free forum hosting - forumsland.com - this site is very easy to use and quite effective, and for the server i would recommend that you shop around to see if you can find the cheapest server provider, also if you set yourself up a Paypal account you would be able to recieve donations towards the cost of the server from other members.

Get members, host a server on your computer if you cannot afford a gameserver. You can just buy one from gameservers.com for 50 cents a slot for a private server if you wanna use the smallest amount of money
