You dont need to register it..
Fist think of a could title and tag, then get a freewebsite and forums to begin with (unless you have lots of money), then try and get a server. Then start recruiting. |

If you don't have any money, try freewebs 9k or something and get a sponsored site, then download a dedicated server ( Not recommended if your computer is really bad )
Hey, it's not the best but it's a server. Try registering a channel on mIRC or something, that will get your clan going.

Its pretty easy actually. The above posts are all the basic ways to start/create a clan. You have to be determined though and it will be a lot of hard work. So don't give up on it, if you are going to start a clan.
