A new clan:

Get a free site : Either easy coding or basic user free site making (freewebs etc)
Get a forum
Get a voice server
Get some of ur mates in clan
go on pub servers get urself known
recruit people who seem to have good aim and could help your clan progress
get a server itself
play some matches (pcw's) go to #5on5.css on mIRC quakenet
Enter Leagues!

There's no problem to start a clan, the problem is when the money comes

I have recently started one, has just the website, but forum and stuff = No problemo. Easy stuff man

Stating a clan is easy, yes, finding members is VERY easy. What is hard is findind dedicated members.

Members that just wear your tag are useless

Just make up a unique name that you don't think anyone else has then start recruiting people. Advertise it around and try making a site and forum.
