It's been a good run

First off, I'd like to thank everyone in support for doing what they could to help me.
I'm switching providers because one day my ping just randomly decided to fly up to 50-80 (only to THIS server), when normally I'd ping 20-30 to IL.
Customer support is excellent, always quick to reply and very friendly and helpful.
Need a new server location? They'll have it moved in minutes.
Want HLTV? They'll have it set up within minutes.
Having a problem? They'll troubleshoot it as far as they can.
For a measly $15 a month, this provider is great, but I'm moving further up with my clan now, and I'll need a better (1000 FPS) server to accommodate our needs.

I'm not sure why you'd want to switch. If your ping was high to a single ip address, that's an easy fix! Simply open a support ticket and we could always even change your ip address to something else.

We also provide 550 fps servers.

I didn't see an option for a 550 FPS server.
I've had my IP changed numerous times and it's all been the same.
