Before signing up, I was a little weary of all support being directed at the ticket system. Got a question? Open a ticket. Got a problem? Open a ticket. Have a request? Yeah, ticket again.
I've had my first experience with this provider and it was a good one. Relatively painless and more importantly, the person on the other side (Pete in my case) was very quick to reply. I've read on the forums of a competitor that the support staff is MIA and "must be on a strike," and this naturally made me a little anxious. No worries here as long as Pete is crunching away at the keys ![]() |

very true
support system @ counter-strike.com is the best , i have used many server providers and noone beatz there support system and how fast these guys/girl's reply , keep up the gd work![]() |
