Almost unheard of

I have been looking around to try and find a company to host my game server. Almost every game host you go to they run on and on about how they use super computers and super high speed connections along with 'award' winning customer support all for a low price. Yet when you read their forums you have countless posts of people explaining how bad their ping was, how horrible their customer support was and how they are going elsewhere for hosting.

The forum posts here had a little negative comments but where all followed up by logical reasons why the problem happened and what they did to fix it. Regardless I put my money with these guys and gave it a shot.

I dont know about everyone out there, but I have a job, family, and friends, and i dont have the time to read all the documentation that comes with installing mods. So let me share a customer support ticket:

If you notice the times, not only was this request at 10pm but it was answered in 5 minutes! A++

I have rented my server now for about 3 days, never once has it gone down yet other then me restarting it a couple times for configuration. The most people I have had on it so far was about 8 (16 slot pub). I get a ping of about 7 - 15 (Seattle server). My brother who lives in California, on a cheep internet plan gets about 40. Average I have seen was about 35ish. The internet control panel is a real plus. It makes managing your server so much easier.

Ok, enough talk from me, if you are up in air about this host and someone else, I hope this post has persuaded you to pick counter-strike.com for your needs. I really don't think you can get better.
