Service blows

I was with these guys for awhile and they were Ok at the biggning. I asked them to do some server changes and they tried but could nt understand what I was asking them to do. Then they said they could setup a game switcher which changes your mod when you want to. It cost $10.00 and they said they would give it to me for free. Two days later they got mad at me when I swore in a support ticket because of there complete incompitence of not being able to do as I asked. They got mad and stopped the game switcher and told me now I had to pay if I wanted it now. They are like little frickin kids over there. Oh by the way they stopped my server cuz they did nt like me complainig and using bad words like "you s uck" and "G od D amn" Because I was frustrated. Sorry kids for my harsh language.

Be carefull if they are your host, they can turn on you too....

Let this be a lesson. If you are disrespectful to the support staff, the people that help you, any services you were getting for free will be taken from you and if you try to claim your services as fraud, your server will be deleted. The only person here that is foolish is you. Just like a customer a company does not have to put up with poor attitude or belligerent demeanor. I wish you the best of luck in your future dealings with other GSP's but you will not be welcome back here under any circumstances.

What a moron. I get obnoxious support tickets like that dumbarse every day... Makes me not want to help them at all. I really get fed up sometimes with impatient and angry people. Let him go find another provider with your level of support ( good luck )... I respect you guys very much so, and for someone to flip out like this is absurd.

But as for a mod switcher, did he mean to switch from mani to gg or gg to zombie? Something like that?

Thank you for the understanding alife#4. =) He was referring to switching from one game like CSS to CS 1.6 instantly.

We waived the fee associated with the "game switching" feature as a courtesy. After this customer became belligerent we then removed this complementary feature, as we can at our discretion. This feature is not offered as a part of our normal services to any other customer. We made an exception for this customer, but after they became irate and unprofessional, we removed this complimentary feature. Some of the customer remarks were; "read the god damn ticket," "your word sucks and is not worth my time," and "you guys must be hireing the mentally challenge." We were also giving this customer other additional services for free such as charging $7 less than the typical price for their 14 slot public server, which approximated the cost of the "game switching" feature. The customer doesn't happen to mention that here. We spent a large amount of time working with this customer to satisfy their every need. Unfortunately, we were forced to remove them as a customer because of this. It's a shame that others is in person's clan no longer have access to a game server because of the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of the account holder.

He was referring to game switch. This is a service we offer where you can have up to 4 servers of different types or the same type that are on the same ip that you can "switch" to, but only 1 is running at a time. So you could have a css, cs.16, dods, tf2 server and switch between them, as long as they were all the same slot count. This is a nifty feature if you like playing different games.

I admire your patience trying to work with him, but I'm also glad you got rid of him. There's no need for that crap. I also like how he fails to give the extra little details to make you guys look bad.
